Anthony Winter


Co-founder of Offshore Physiotherapy Torquay, Anthony has worked in the Geelong and Surf coast region for most of his career. Anthony has a specific interest in lower limb injuries of the hip, knee and ankle and works with a number of local orthopaedic surgeons providing post-operative rehabilitation care to their patients. Anthony also enjoys treating a wide range of back/neck conditions and general sports injuries. Anthony is an accredited GLA:D physiotherapist and runs the GLA:D program at Offshore Physiotherapy Torquay.

Outside of work, Anthony is married with 3 young children. In his recreational time, he likes to keep active. He can often be found out on one of the local reefs surfing, running or ocean swimming.

Joseph Pashley


Joseph graduated from Charles Sturt University and has spent most of his career working in Private Practice. Joseph started with Offshore Physiotherapy in February 2014. Joseph enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions and has a specific interest in musculoskeletal dry needling, running injuries and vestibular conditions. Joseph has completed further studies in musculoskeletal dry needling, running assessments and advanced sports injury management. As part of his role with Offshore Physiotherapy, Joseph provides physiotherapy services to the Anglesea Football Club.

Joseph spends his recreational time surfing and playing football.

Jacinta Winter


Co-founder of Offshore Physiotherapy Torquay, Jacinta has spent most of her career working in Torquay, Geelong and Melbourne; with a small amount of time spent in the UK.
Jacinta enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, however has extensive experience and interest in treating dizziness and post concussion syndrome. Jacinta has completed post-graduate courses in Vestibular Rehabilitation.
Jacinta also has many years experience treating neurological conditions and also enjoys managing back and neck injuries. Clinical Pilates and developing strength programs are areas of interest, with Jacinta having completed post-graduate courses in pre & post natal Clinical Pilates.

In her recreational time Jacinta can often be found running along the cliff tops out to Bells Beach or attending the gym.

Ellie O’Kane


Ellie’s a Torquay local with a clinical interest in Pilates, running injuries and lower limb injuries. We’re thrilled she will be overseeing our popular Clinical Pilates classes as well as offering individual consultations. Ellie can create individualised programs to manage back pain, pre & post natal health and sports injuries.

Outside of work, Ellie is a very talented runner. Some of you may recognise her from her many training runs along the Bells Beach Track where you’ll often find her with her dog Luna in tow.

Courtney Weybury


Courtney graduated from Griffith University with a double degree Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Exercise Science. This qualification supports Courtney’s keen interest in sports rehabilitation and exercise prescription. She has worked in private practice and with various sporting teams over the past 10 years.

Courtney has a special interest in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor physiotherapy and is a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor. She has experience treating pre and postnatal musculoskeletal conditions, pelvic floor and incontinence issues. She believes strongly in evidence based practice and tailoring treatment and exercise based self-management programs to help keep her clients active.

Courtney has recently moved to the Surf Coast with her family, she is a passionate Hawthorn supporter and loves the beach.

Keegan FitzGerald


After graduating in La Trobe University Bendigo, Keegan has worked in both regional and busy metropolitan private practices. He has also consistently worked in hospital and emergency room settings, offering experience and insight to better manage injuries at all stages of recovery. After growing up and studying in regional areas he has a great passion for physiotherapy and is proud to be working within Torquay’s local community.

In addition to traditional physiotherapy, Keegan has completed further training in Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates and persistent chronic pain management. Keegan has a particular interest in post-surgical rehabilitation and in recovering from shoulder, neck, back and hip injuries.

Outside of work Keegan is always busy and active, enjoying getting outdoors for hiking, trail running and even rock climbing.

Ben Ludbrook

APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist

Ben graduated as a physiotherapist in 2006. He recently completed a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy through La Trobe University and is an APA titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist. Over the last 13 years Ben has worked in private practice in the Geelong region and in Melbourne at a leading Sports Medicine Practice. He currently works with Basketball Victoria and has previously worked as a physiotherapist at the Commonwealth Games and with football teams within the Geelong Football League.

Ben has a keen interest in treating sports, spinal, knee and shoulder injuries, and in tendon rehabilitation. Ben uses a hands-on approach, in combination with exercise-based medicine, to help his patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Ben has an interest in education, including his current work at La Trobe University and he has been a lecturer for Sports Medicine Australia. Outside of physiotherapy Ben enjoys spending time with his family and running for fitness.

Thomas Anderson


Originally from Swan Hill, Thomas has recently moved to the Surf Coast region to study medicine at Deakin University. Thomas joins the Offshore Physio team with a wealth of experience in managing acute injuries and persistent musculoskeletal conditions. Thomas graduated from La Trobe University in 2015. Since then, Thomas has completed a graduate certificate in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at La Trobe University.

Thomas has also previously worked with multiple grass-roots level sporting clubs including football, netball and basketball teams. A passion for rural health has seen Thomas pursue a career in medicine, however, he retains a keen interest in the physiotherapy profession and is excited to work in the Surf Coast community to provide excellent physiotherapy outcomes.

Thomas is experienced in managing; acute and persistent spine pain, acute and persistent shoulder injuries, hip, knee and ankle osteoarthritis, atraumatic knee injuries (patellofemoral pain, iliotibial band friction, patella tendon pain). Workcover, TAC and DVA clients. He has special interest in persistent lower back pain management, management of lower limb tendon pain, Management of unstable and painful shoulders and osteoarthritis management.

Matthew Henderson


Matt made the move to the Surf Coast area after graduating from Charles Sturt University in Albury in 2018, and has been working in the area in private practice since then. Growing up in the outer east of Melbourne, he was always making the trip down to Torquay to surf with mates, so it was only natural that he ended up switching to the coastal lifestyle.

On top of his physiotherapy work, Matt has been involved in Strength and Conditioning work since 2017, and complements his work at Offshore working as a Personal Trainer/S&C Coach in Geelong. His experience in this field and the connection to his physiotherapy work has greatly benefited his clients at Offshore.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys keeping a pretty active lifestyle, and can be found training at the gym, or out in the surf. He has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy, and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, especially shoulder conditions. He enjoys working with those motivated to get back to their best, and finds a lot of reward in helping others overcome injury and achieve their goals!

Ian Newland


Ian joined Offshore Physio in 2020 when he moved from Ballarat to Torquay after forty years of holidaying here. His main area of expertise is in musculoskeletal physiotherapy having been Physio for North Ballarat Rebels and Ballarat Miners basketball clubs. He attained life membership with both clubs. Ian has a post graduate diploma in Manipulative Therapy and also has extensive experience in occupational health. He is a keen ocean swimmer, golfer and Geelong Cats supporter.

Ben Bond

Ben graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2013. He has spent his last 8 years working across a variety of clinical settings predominantly in private practice and sports. Ben enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, yet particularly enjoys lower limb injuries across all ages and activity levels from weekend warriors through to the Elite. He highly values building rapport with his clients and sees it as the keystone to any good treatment outcome.

Outside of the clinic Ben enjoys the outdoors and spends his weekends keeping active, especially on the slopes during Winter at his home Mountain of Hotham.
