Anthony Winter
Physiotherapist
Co-founder of Offshore Physiotherapy Torquay, Anthony has worked in the Geelong and Surf coast region for most of his career. Anthony has a specific interest in lower limb injuries of the hip, knee and ankle and works with a number of local orthopaedic surgeons providing post-operative rehabilitation care to their patients. Anthony also enjoys treating a wide range of back/neck conditions and general sports injuries. Anthony is an accredited GLA:D physiotherapist and runs the GLA:D program at Offshore Physiotherapy Torquay.
Outside of work, Anthony is married with 3 young children. In his recreational time, he likes to keep active. He can often be found out on one of the local reefs surfing, running or ocean swimming.

Joseph Pashley
Physiotherapist
Joseph graduated from Charles Sturt University and has spent most of his career working in Private Practice. Joseph started with Offshore Physiotherapy in February 2014. Joseph enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions and has a specific interest in musculoskeletal dry needling, running injuries and vestibular conditions. Joseph has completed further studies in musculoskeletal dry needling, running assessments and advanced sports injury management. As part of his role with Offshore Physiotherapy, Joseph provides physiotherapy services to the Anglesea Football Club.
Joseph spends his recreational time surfing and playing football.

Jacinta Winter
Physiotherapist
Co-founder of Offshore Physiotherapy Torquay, Jacinta has spent most of her career working in Torquay, Geelong and Melbourne; with a small amount of time spent in the UK.
Jacinta enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, however has extensive experience and interest in treating dizziness and post concussion syndrome. Jacinta has completed post-graduate courses in Vestibular Rehabilitation and passed her Vestibular Competency Course and exams in August 2023 under training by ‘Vestibular Education Australia’.
Jacinta also has many years experience treating neurological conditions and also enjoys managing back and neck injuries. Clinical Pilates and developing strength programs are areas of interest, with Jacinta having completed post-graduate courses in pre & post natal Clinical Pilates.
In her recreational time Jacinta can often be found running along the cliff tops out to Bells Beach or attending the gym.

Kate Eason
Physiotherapist
Kate is a Physiotherapist from Central Victoria with experience working in private practice and regional hospitals. Kate is an accredited GLA:D Physiotherapist and has the skills and knowledge to manage a broad range of conditions. She has a specific interest in chronic disease management, tendinopathy and sporting injuries. Kate is also experienced in running clinical pilates and group strengthening classes. She is looking forward to assisting the Surf Coast residents achieve their physical goals.
Outside of work, Kate is involved with coaching and playing volleyball at both a local and elite level and is looking forward to trying surfing!

Ben Ludbrook
APA Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist
Ben graduated as a physiotherapist in 2006. He recently completed a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy through La Trobe University and is an APA titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist. Over the last 13 years Ben has worked in private practice in the Geelong region and in Melbourne at a leading Sports Medicine Practice. He currently works with Basketball Victoria and has previously worked as a physiotherapist at the Commonwealth Games and with football teams within the Geelong Football League.
Ben has a keen interest in treating sports, spinal, knee and shoulder injuries, and in tendon rehabilitation. Ben uses a hands-on approach, in combination with exercise-based medicine, to help his patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Ben has an interest in education, including his current work at La Trobe University and he has been a lecturer for Sports Medicine Australia. Outside of physiotherapy Ben enjoys spending time with his family and running for fitness.

Ian Newland
Physiotherapist
Ian joined Offshore Physio in 2020 when he moved from Ballarat to Torquay after forty years of holidaying here. His main area of expertise is in musculoskeletal physiotherapy having been Physio for North Ballarat Rebels and Ballarat Miners basketball clubs. He attained life membership with both clubs. Ian has a post graduate diploma in Manipulative Therapy and also has extensive experience in occupational health. He is a keen ocean swimmer, golfer and Geelong Cats supporter.

Samantha Greenshields
Physiotherapist
Sam completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) at The University of Melbourne. She has since gained extensive experience in a broad range of physiotherapy settings, including working in acute and rehabilitation hospitals, private practice and with children with disabilities, both in Australia and abroad.
Sam gained her Masters of Sports Physiotherapy in 2005 and gained Pilates qualifications through the Australian Pilates Methos Association in 2003. Sam has also completed further training in dry needling.
When treating Sam uses a goal orientated approach with a focus on self-management, combining the principles of Pilates with physiotherapy skills, techniques and exercise.
Sam recently moved to the surfcoast with her family. She is a keen ocean swimmer, enjoys running and spends as much time as possible on the beach. You will often see her walking her Kelpie around the beaches of Torquay and Jan Juc.
